Performance-Based Guarantee for Google Ads Management Service:
Definition: Our ‘Guaranteed Result Google Ads Management’ service comes with a performance-based guarantee. If we fail to beat your previous cost-per-click (CPC) within the first 90 days of service, you may request a full refund of your management fee.
Eligibility: The performance-based guarantee applies only to new customers who purchase our Google Ads management service for the first time. It does not apply to renewals or additional purchases made by existing customers.
Refund Process: To request a refund, you must provide evidence of your previous CPC within 90 days of the initial purchase. If our management service does not result in a lower CPC, you may request a refund by contacting our customer support team.
Limitations: The performance-based guarantee does not cover any fees or charges for additional services or products that were not included in the original purchase. It also does not apply to any fees or charges for services rendered prior to the request for a refund. It does not include the media/ad spend paid to Google Ads to run the campaign. It only covers the Grownomics Management Fees.
Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of your request. The refund may be credited to the bank account that you nominate while asking for a refund. Any Admin or Merchant fees may be deducted from the refund.
Exit Agreement: When the client requests a Refund, Grownomics will send an exit Agreement which will confirm the Refund amount and Indemnify Grownomics of any future impacts of the campaign if any. Once the client sends back the signed exit agreement Grownomics will initiate the refund process.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from the performance-based guarantee or the provision of our Google Ads management service will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services were provided.
Performance-Based Guarantee for Facebook Ads Management Service:
Definition: Our ‘Guaranteed Facebook Ads Management service’ comes with a performance-based guarantee. If we fail to beat your previous Cost Per Lead within the first 90 days of service, you may request a full refund of your management fee.
Eligibility: The performance-based guarantee applies only to new customers who purchase our Facebook Ads Management service for the first time. It does not apply to renewals or additional purchases made by existing customers.
Refund Process: To request a refund, you must provide evidence of your previous CPC within 90 days of the initial purchase. If our management service does not result in a lower CPL, you may request a refund by contacting our customer support team.

Reach-Based Performance Guarantee Terms and Conditions for Organic Social Media Marketing Service
Definition of Reach: The Reach metric refers to the number of unique individuals who view the content posted by the service provider on behalf of the client on social media platforms.
Guarantee: The service provider guarantees that the content posted on behalf of the client will result in an average monthly reach that is equal to or greater than the average monthly reach from the previous three months of the campaign start date, as determined by the relevant social media platform’s analytics.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for this guarantee, the client must have a current, active social media account with the relevant social media platform and must provide the service provider with all necessary access and permissions to manage the account. The service provider reserves the right to alter the guarantee if the client fails to comply with these eligibility criteria.
Refund Policy: If the average monthly reach falls below the guaranteed level, the client may request a refund of a pro-rated portion of the fees paid to the service provider, based on the difference between the guaranteed reach and the actual reach. The client must make this request in writing within 30 days of the end of the month in question.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold the service provider harmless against any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the service provider’s performance under this guarantee.
Exit Agreement: The service provider and the client agree to sign an exit agreement upon the termination of the agreement, confirming the end of the relationship and the agreed refund. The parties agree not to engage in any legal proceedings against each other.
Limitation of Liability: The service provider’s liability under this guarantee is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the relevant services. In no event shall the service provider be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

SEO Marketing Service Performance Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Definition of Keywords and Traffic: The Keywords referred to in this guarantee are the agreed-upon list of keywords to be targeted by the SEO marketing service, as determined by the client and the service provider. Traffic refers to the number of organic visitors to the client’s website, as determined by the client’s website analytics.
Guarantee: The service provider guarantees that a minimum of 15% of the agreed-upon keywords will rank on the first page of the relevant search engine or that the organic traffic to the client’s website will increase by at least 10% in the first 90 days of the SEO marketing campaign.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for this guarantee, the client must have an active website and must provide the service provider with all necessary access and permissions to manage the website’s SEO. The service provider reserves the right to alter the guarantee if the client fails to comply with these eligibility criteria.
Refund Policy: If the minimum ranking or traffic increase is not achieved in the first 90 days, the service provider will work for free until the set SEO goal is achieved. If the set goal is still not achieved after 90 days, the client may request a refund of the fees paid to the service provider. The client must make this request in writing.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold the service provider harmless against any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the service provider’s performance under this guarantee.

Food Delivery App Optimization Performance Guarantee Terms and Conditions
(UberEats, Menulog, DoorDash and any other third-party Food Ordering & Delivery Apps)
Definition of Revenue: The Revenue referred to in this guarantee is the total amount of money earned by the client through their food delivery app platform, as determined by the platform’s reporting system.
Guarantee: The service provider guarantees that the client’s revenue through their food delivery app platform will increase by at least 10% within the first [insert time period].
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for this guarantee, the client must have an active food delivery app account, must provide the service provider with all necessary access, up to date photos, menus and permissions to manage the platform, and must agree to pay 25% of the increased revenue earned through the platform as a result of the optimization services. The service provider reserves the right to alter the guarantee if the client fails to comply with these eligibility criteria.
Payment Terms: The client agrees to pay 25% of the increased revenue earned through the platform as a result of the optimization services, as calculated by the platform’s reporting system. This payment will be due every month.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold the service provider harmless against any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the service provider’s performance under this guarantee.
Exit Agreement: The service provider and the client agree to sign an exit agreement upon the termination of the agreement, confirming the end of the relationship and any agreed payments. The service provider will remove all optimization at the time of end of the agreement. The parties agree not to engage in any legal proceedings against each other.
Limitation of Liability: The service provider’s liability under this guarantee is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the relevant services. In no event shall the service provider be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
